Coleman has been CEO of CLF Ventures since 2004 and served additionally as interim president of CLF in 2009.

A distinguished expert in the field of nanotechnology, she is the author of Nanotechnology Health and Environmental Risks, published in 2008 (CRC Press).
Prior to joining CLF Ventures, Coleman was president and CEO of Hancock Natural Resources Group, Inc., a global timberland and farmland investment management subsidiary of John Hancock Financial Services.
From 1979-1987, he was director of aviation for Logan Airport and Hanscom Field.
Coleman has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from Harvard University.
