On April 4, 2014, Will Lourcey was honored with the silver medallion as Texas' Middle Level Honoree for The Prudential Spirit of Community Awards program, the United States' largest youth recognition program based exclusively on volunteer community service. Presenting Will with the award was Volunteer Center CEO, Tammy Richards, and Prudential representative, Ricardo Roberto.

Will also received $1,000 and an all-expense paid trip to Washington, D.C. for national recognition events in May.
Even though Will is a just a 5th grader, he is already the founder and CEO of FROGS (Friends Reaching Our Goals), an organization that raises money and awareness to fight hunger.

"This is so awesome! Thank you Mensa for donating over 377 pounds of food to the Tarrant Area Food Bank! Will said. "You are helping so many families in our community and have a huge heart!" Members of American Mensa range in age from 2 to 102. They include engineers, homemakers, teachers, actors, athletes, students and CEOs, and they share only one trait - high intelligence. To qualify for Mensa, they scored in the top 2 percent of the general population on an accepted standardized intelligence test. "I've been a member of Mensa since 2006," Will said.

Celebrating the 9th year of Frogs for the Cure, the tradition of a music video for the Frogs for the Cure football game continues. A cast of thousands, a unique and compelling storyboard, as well as a spotlight on cancer heroes will be featured in the video. The video will premiere November 2, 2013 at the 2013 Frogs for the Cure Football Game, TCU vs. West Virginia. "I am so honored to be part of the music video," Will said.
