"The decision by HLNDV to become a fully unified chapter of ACHE represents a strategy to combine the significant health care leadership contributions from HLNDV members with the national association benefits of ACHE including the addition of over 800 ACHE affiliates to our chapter roster. "As a past-chair of HLNDV and current ACHE Regent-At-Large, I have facilitated this change so that health care leaders in our region can not only improve our professional performance but use this new leverage to increase our community service to patients and colleagues. I look forward to talking with many of you as new HLNDV chapter members and to be of service to you." Warren L. Lyons, FACHE
