Warren most recently served as the Chief Operating Officer at HealthRIGHT 360.
In this role he
was responsible for leading and managing the organization's comprehensive array of healthcare services for people with complex primary, behavioral and substance use disorder health needs.
He also oversaw the operation of all clinical programs, including program planning, budgets, implementation, operation, compliance, and outcomes.
Previously Warren was the Chief Strategy and Integration Officer for Oakland-based Alameda County Medical Center.

He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in philosophy from Fordham University.
