Mr. Bley is a member of the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys, International Society of Barristers, American Board of Trial Advocates, Association of Trial Lawyers of America, American Bar Association, Boone County Bar Association, National Registry of Who's Who, and Million Dollar Advocates Forum and was an Honorary Initiate with The Order of Barristers in 2009.
Mr. Bley has been a member of the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys since 1980.
He served as President, 1999-2000; Member, 1980 to Present; Board of Governors, 1988 to Present; and Executive Committee, 1991 to 2001.
He has been a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation since 2004 and was a member of the Missouri Supreme Court/Judicial Conference Civil Jury Study Committee from 1999 to 2000.
As a member of the Missouri Bar he served on the Special Committee of Venue and Forum Non Conveniens from 1997 to 1999 and as Chairman of the Tort Law Committee from 1997 to 2000.
