Mr. W. Richard Sanders graduated in political science and economics from Brigham Young University and later from the University of Florida in law.
He has specialized in corporate, tax, and real estate law and served many clients in related fields of medicine and real estate, such as Sun Valley Company of Idaho, CareAge Corporation, and several hospital corporations.
He has formed over 150 new business entities, real estate syndications, and limited partnerships, and has been legal counsel for major business divestitures and acquisitions.
