The Winston-Salem plant at 1725 Vargrave St. has about 25 employees, Reeves said.Reeves said that the company is getting out of the structural-steel business for commercial and industrial buildings so it can focus on its more profitable business of supplying steel for bridges, which accounts for 70 percent of the company's revenue."It's a little slow right now," Reeves said of the bridge business."It will come back faster than commercial-industrial."Reeves said that the market for steel for commercial and industrial buildings has been in a slump in recent years in part because the economy has been soft.
