Vladimir Nekrasov, LUKoil's first vice president and member of the executive board, acquired 9,000 shares in the Russian oil company worth a total of RUB 11.352m (approx. USD 435,000), or 0.001058% of LUKoil's share capital, the company said in a statement today.Specifically, Nekrasov bought 3,000 shares for RUB 4.2m (approx. USD 161,000) on October 6, 3,000 shares for RUB 3.552m (approx. USD 136,000) on October 7, and another 3,000 for 3.6m (approx. USD 138,000) also on October 7.
OAO LUKOIL First Vice President Vladimir Nekrasov arrived at the site yesterday and remarked that, "No threat is posed to the health of the enterprise employees, the residents of Budennovsk or other neighboring settlements.
