Vladimir Nekrasov, LUKoil's first vice president and member of the executive board, acquired 9,000 shares in the Russian oil company worth a total of RUB 11.352m (approx. USD 435,000), or 0.001058% of LUKoil's share capital, the company said in a statement today.Specifically, Nekrasov bought 3,000 shares for RUB 4.2m (approx. USD 161,000) on October 6, 3,000 shares for RUB 3.552m (approx. USD 136,000) on October 7, and another 3,000 for 3.6m (approx. USD 138,000) also on October 7.
