Virginia Ragan, from Westerville, was appointed to the Ohio Advisory Council for the Aging for a term ending Nov. 22, 2003, replacing Margaret Bronsan, of Independence, who resigned.Ms. Ragan is a volunteer advocate for people with Alzheimer's disease, dementia and eldercare issues.She is a member of the Ohio Council of the Alzheimer's Associations, ElderReach, United Conservatives of Ohio and Recreation Unlimited.
