Vincent Kling, a member of the Planning Commission, stated that the township must consider looking at smaller lots and public water and sewer so as not to stress the land. Two residents expressed their concern that extending the laterals for public water and sewer would only serve to escalate development in the Township, to which Mr. Kling disagreed.
