DR. TRUNELL D. FELDERDr. Trunell D. Felder
was born in Los Angeles, California, and reared in Detroit, Michigan.He is a graduate of CassTechnical High School where he was an advocational music major.
At an early age, he
was recognized as an accomplished musician and toured with People to People International on a cultural and goodwill mission to North Africa and Spain. He earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Marketing from Michigan State University in East Lansing, Michigan.Upon graduation, Dr. Felder became an Account Executive and Marketing Representative in the Automotive Trades Division of the 3M Company.He
later entered the medical sales industry with Ethicon Incorporated

.After 5 years in corporate america, Dr. Felder
call to Christian ministry under the spiritual leadership of Bishop T. Garrott Benjamin of Light of the World Christian Church
in Indianapolis, Indiana.In 1990, he
atriculated to Candler School of Theology at Emory University
in Atlanta, Georgia.He received his Master of Divinity Degree with a concentration in Pastoral Care in May of 1993.In 2000, he graduated summa cum laude from the Interdenominational Theological Center (ITC) in Atlanta, Georgia with a Doctor of Ministry Degree.His
dissertation, entitled, "An Inward - Outward Journey: A Paradigm for the Spiritual Formation of the African American Male Disciple" addresses the challenges and provides solutions for the spiritual formation of Christian African American men in the church.During his educational pursuit, Dr. Felder served as part-time Associate Pastor of Men and Youth at the Ray of Hope Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) in Decatur, Georgia from 1991 - 1993.
