Dr Tracey Swift is the new Director Research Management at the University of Auckland

is New Zealand's leading and largest university with 41,000 students, nearly 10,000 of who graduate annually in a wide range of professions and fields.
It is the only one included in the Times Higher Education top 200 and it is the highest ranked New Zealand University
in the QS World University Rankings and Shanghai Jiao Tong Academic Ranking of World Universities
Dr Swift is the new Director Research Management at the University of Auckland, having previously been the Director Research & Innovation Services at the University of South Australia.
In this role, Dr Swift
was responsible for the development, implementation and monitoring the University's research strategies and policies as well as leading the functions of Research and Innovation Services.
Dr Swift has a wealth of experience in research management in the Higher Education sector, having held roles such as Head of Development, Research and Innovation Services at the University of Sheffield, Director Research at the Institute of Social and Ethical Accountability, Deputy Director Sustainability Education at the University of Cambridge Programme for Industry and Research Associate at the University of Sheffield.
