Tony Pezzotti Mr. Pezzotti joined the board of First Majestic in November 2001. Tony is a seasoned board member who has served on several public company boards, including Offshore Systems International Ltd. (OSI-T), First Quantum Minerals Ltd. (FM-T), and Kensington Resources Ltd. which recently merged with Shore Gold Inc. (SGF-T). Tony was General Manager and co-owner of a steel fabrication company and is now retired.

Tony PezzottiJoined Board of Directors 26 April 1990Mr. Antonio Pezzotti began his involvement with OSI in 1984.Mr. Pezzotti's primary contributions in the early years included helping to provide seed money and contributing management experience and expertise to further develop and take the company public.He was also instrumental in obtaining listings both on the Vancouver Stock Exchange in 1990 and on the Toronto Stock Exchange in 1994.Mr. Pezzotti provides ongoing support through the Board of Directors as the Chairman of the Compensation Committee and as a member of the Audit Committee.In addition to his current duties at OSI, Mr. Pezzotti presently serves on the Board of Directors as a member of Kensington Resources Ltd. (KRT - TSXV) a diamond exploration company, and First Majestic Resources (FR.TSXV) a gold mining development company.Mr. Pezzotti is a recently retired Director of First Quantum Minerals Ltd. (FM-T & FTSE-AIM) a highly successful mining and metal company.Prior to these posts, Mr. Pezzotti was co-founder and General Manager of P.S.L. Steel Company (PSL), a successful steel fabrication facility based in Maple Ridge, founded in 1979.After more than twenty years success at PSL, Mr. Pezzotti decided to retire.He sold his position in that enterprise in 2000.
