TONY COOMBS , President and Co-Founder - Tony started his real estate career at NAI Commercial Real Estate Company.
While at NAI, Tony became an expert at marketing, selling and purchasing residential land.
In this role, Tony had the opportunity to market and sale the land assets for South Mountain LLC, one of the largest master planned communities in the Valley.
s a result of Tony's residential land experience, Tony has established strong professional relationships with many of the local developers, lenders, brokers and homebuilders.
In 2002, Tony decided to leave NAI to work for Symphony Homes as Vice President of Acquisition and Development.
Under this role, Tony was responsible for the acquisition, entitlement and development of the company's land assets.
These experiences have provided Tony with valuable industry insight and experience.
Tony has a bachelor's degree in consumer economics from the University of Utah.

Mr. Coombs is a land acquisition and development manager who works for Symphony Homes.He lives in the Mountain Vistas Subdivision in west Kaysville.Mr. Coombs states that he is in support of a commercial site at 200 North and Flint Street.He looks at land for a living for the purpose of developing homes and small commercial buildings.In analyzing this location, he feels it is well suited for 10-12 acres of commercial with the balance being residential.He believes this site is well suited because if the center is positioned correctly, it will have less impact on neighborhoods by facing 200 North.He would be living very close to this site and would love to see some neighborhood commercial on the west side so that he doesn't have to cross the railroad tracks every time he wants to get milk.That can be a 20 minute trip if he has to wait for a train.He believes that the City needs to be pro-active in looking at future growth of the west side and the need for some commercial for the citizens.He asked the City to make sure the CC&R's are set at a high level for this development so that it blends in with the homes that are being built in west Kaysville.

Experienced in sales, leasing, and financial analysis, he
has strong negotiation and consensus building skills that assist him in overseeing land development projects from concept to successful conclusion.
At NAI Utah, Tony
will be responsible for a multitude of activities including, land entitlement, __, __, and finished lot product.He
will also focus on making it easier for potential developers/builders to find the land product they need in the Salt Lake City market.This selection of real estate players will be backed by Tony's extensive knowledge of the market and broad resources, including NAI Utah's comprehensive information database. Prior to working with NAI Utah, Tony worked at Grubb and Ellis for two years.There, he managed a large development in East Draper that includes a 18-hole golf course, equestrian park, and 1,500 residential homes.
The project is complicated, requiring multiple developers, contractors, and several development phases before its successfully completed.To facilitate this project, Tony
employs outstanding hands-on relationship management skills, has a professional take-charge attitude, and provides exceptional follow through and detail orientation. Prior to working at Grubb & Ellis, Tony owned and operated Juice Works and TCBY Yogurt from 1997 to 2000. Tony graduated from the University of Utah with a degree in Consumer Studies/Economics.He
