Background Anthony Cacchione graduated from Villanova University in 1988 after receiving his BSBA in Finance.While pursuing his degree, he began his career as a customer service representative at Bryn Mawr Trust Company.He quickly moved into the internal audit department where he was responsible for assessing and reporting on the operational and financial soundness of the bank.Shortly after graduating from Villanova, he was named the Division Controller of Retail Banking.

to spearhead its sale to The Robert Plan Corporation
.After the completion of the sale, he joined the Robert Plan and was named Director of Voluntary Insurance.
In this position, he
was responsible for the creation, management, and marketing of a voluntary physical damage insurance company with a primary focus on under-served, urban markets using the independent broker market.He
created and filed rates and rules with the Pennsylvania Department of Insurance
, appointed brokers to distribute the product, managed underwriting, and established claims and processing operations for the voluntary business of the company.Mr. Cacchione was promoted to the position of Assistant Vice President of Financial Analysis.
In this position he
was charged with analysis and price determination of the company's Assigned Risk book of business.
Throughout Mr. Cacchione's career, he
has developed considerable expertise using loss development triangles, ultimate projections, frequency, and severity trends.He

to assist them in finding ways to increase annual written premium.Mr. Cacchione
assisted them in creating new product lines that complemented their existing products, enhancing and re-pricing their existing products, and securing new agents in an expanded market area.This new approach resulted in a 50% increase in written premium in the first year.
Automobile Insurance Carrier (Philadelphia, PA) – This client hired Mr. Cacchione
for a number of projects over an extended timeframe.He
was initially asked to analyze and make recommendations on new product proposals and initiatives.Once the recommendations were accepted, he
assisted them in making the filings of the new products and changes to the existing products with the Department of Insurance.He was then asked to establish and manage a direct marketing campaign.
After the successful kickoff of the direct marketing campaign, he
