is co-author of the book "Responsible Leadership" with Fons Trompenaars- the first comprehensive study on global responsible leadership, published by Routledge in 2006.She is a faculty member of Duke Corporate Education/ London School of Economics, and the Fuqua Business School of Duke University, USA; and also teaches 'Global Strategic Alliances and Mergers & Acquisitions' at Nyenrode University - the Netherlands Business School and 'Cross-cultural Management' at the Amsterdam School of Business.

own consultancy firm, advising European and US multinationals on their business expansion and Mergers & Acquisitions activities in China, Japan, South Korea and Taiwan, in the area of strategy, organization and cultural integration.Tong obtained a Law degree in Shanghai, China and earned her second master degree in Business Economics and a MBA in the Netherlands.She
is fluent in English, Dutch and Chinese.Tong
is passionately active in the field of international peace & development and nuclear weapon disarmament initiatives.She
