Born in Little Rock , Mr. Lasiter started his commercial real estate career shortly after finishing college as a Real Estate Manager with the Kroger Company (NYSE: KR).
After spending several years with Kroger, he became Vice President of Doyle Rogers Company in 1978.
As vice president he was responsible for the overall management of the company's Little Rock operations and was involved in the development and management of commercial real estate projects with a total size in excess of ±3,000,000 square feet.
was largely involved with the company's flagship developments-the Excelsior Hotel (now the Peabody Little Rock), the Arkansas State House Convention Center
, and with the sales and leasing efforts of the Stephens Building projects.
Mr. Lasiter has overseen the development, site selection, and acquisitions of real estate throughout his career for both Doyle Rogers Company and third-party clients, and he is a partner in the company's ski resort group in Winter Park , Colorado . Mr. Lasiter is involved in numerous commercial real estate investments, with a portfolio extending throughout the Midwest & Southeastern United States.

Mr. Lasiter is the exclusive real estate consultant for Metropolitan, and represented the institution in its site selections and acquisition transactions involving Metropolitan Tower , which he is the special asset manager for.

He currently serves on the Board of the Arkansas Sheriff's Youth Ranch, Foundation, the Board of Directors of the University of Central Arkansas Foundation, the Downtown Little Rock Partnership, and of the Arkansas Fly-Fishing Association.
As CEO of the firm, Mr. Lasiter provides leadership and expertise to the associates of Doyle Rogers Company, as well as its partners and clients.

He serves as the principal broker for the company's Little Rock office and continues to actively invest in commercial real estate assets nationally.
Mr. Lasiter is a graduate of the University of Central Arkansas , and has attended the University of Arkansas at Little Rock School of Business on a post-graduate level.
