A frequent speaker on insurance regulatory matters, Ward
leads the Firm's understanding of and service offerings related to the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act.
He is also the firm's primary person working with the National Association of Insurance Commissioners with its efforts to modernize the state regulatory system through its Solvency Modernization Initiative.
has assisted many insurers with operational risk/compliance control procedures and risk assessments.
Mr. Ward has led E&Y's engagement teams involved with financial examinations of some of the largest U.S.-based insurers on behalf of state insurance departments.
