TOLEDO, Ohio, October 10, 2000 - Robert E. Fee, president and CEO of Turner Construction Company, announced today that Thomas J. Manahan, Jr. has been promoted to executive vice president and general manager of The Lathrop Company in Toledo, Ohio, a subsidiary of Turner Construction.
...Mr. Manahan will report to Robert L. Maxwell, chairman of The Lathrop Company.
...Most recently, Mr. Manahan was vice president of business development for The Lathrop Company, a post he held since 1998.He joined the company in 1984 as a project engineer and has since served as project manager and project executive on major retail, health care, and industrial projects.
