DEFENDER PUBLISHING GROUP, Where Christian Authors Go To Get Published!, 31 Oct 2014 [cached]
I would have no hesitation in recommending CEO Tom Horn and Defender Publishing to any prospective client.
Tom Horn and his associates deliver what they promise, and promise the author no more than is possible in publication of the author's work.

Speculation about what publisher and author Tom Horn has been scheming for over a year will soon be put to rest.
Horn told Raiders News Update that he had nearly retired a few years ago when suddenly he was overwhelmed by the need "to push harder to reach people, not draw back."
After pastoring for nearly twenty-five years, Horn launched Defender Publishing, a prophecy-themed book publishing company plus an online news service covering latest-breaking news and information on cutting-edge stories involving religion, science, mystery, conspiracy, as well as unique investigative reports, which led to his network of authors being referenced and interviewed by the biggest names in broadcasting.
Stearman and Horn are well known in prophecy circles and have been featured many times at major conferences and on television discussing issues such as lost civilizations, ancient giants, trans-humanism and other intriguing subjects, which they relate to end-times prophecy.
Horn said the new enterprise will cover issues besides prophecy when it is warranted, like genetics, health, criminology, and other subjects making headline news relevant to the Church, but will keep the primary focus on "prophecy, discovery, and the supernatural from a biblical worldview."
Gary Stearman pointed out to WND recently how Tom Horn "has a long history as a publisher and as an author dealing with cutting-edge subjects like trans-humanism, the merging of genetics and computer sciences, and artificial intelligence [which] will rise to become a power on its own in a few years and that will tie into Bible prophecies of the rise of Antichrist, and so we find a correlation between Bible prophecies and various scientific advances."

Horn says it's worse than that: "Because denominational Christianity is mostly afraid of touching these issues, their own church members often seek out the information from dangerous sources such as the New Age. They wind up in dark circles online, can get confused and maybe even lose their faith. We want to stand in the gap against that possibility."
When they are not recording television shows, Horn and Stearman write books and speak at prophecy-related conferences.
Horn refers to the burgeoning popularity of trans-human technology as "the most overlooked yet dynamic fulfillment of end-times prophecy" on his radar today. He has travelled the globe over the past couple years interviewing a who's-who of experts-from members of the US President's Council on Bioethics to professors from different universities and even the leaders of trans-humanism and scholars of prophecy-to examine break-neck developments, which he believes will soon permanently alter what it means to be human. He quotes tech experts as calling this upcoming epic event, "The Hybrid Age."
A quick search at YouTube turns up dozens of hours with veteran radio host Steve Quayle discussing the prophetic ramifications of trans-humanism with Horn , and Tom adds that he has already invited Quayle to be on SkyWatchTV to discuss this phenomena and "a related, top secret and hair-raising documentary project Steve is working on right now."
Trans-humanism "happened once before," continues Horn.
Among those interviewed by Horn are leading trans-humanist figures such as Dr. James J. Hughes; Dr. William B. Hurlbut, US President's Council on Bioethics and consulting professor of neuroscience at Stanford University; Dr. Hugo de Garis, retired Director of the Artificial Brain Lab (ABL) at Xiamen University in China; Dr. Natasha Vita-More, Faculty, University of Advancing Technology; and Wesley J. Smith, Senior Fellow, Discovery Institute special consultant for the Center for Bioethics and Culture.
What makes this investigation unusual is how Horn then turns to prophecy experts to find if they agree with him-that trans-humanism could be a significant sign of the end-times.
We believe God has given us a vision of how this could happen," adds Horn.

- A book review through Raiders News Network is promised as part of the company's marketing efforts--an easy guarantee, since Raiders was founded by Anomalos CEO Thomas Horn. This kind of closed-loop pseudo-publicity is another common ploy.
- Thomas Horn has published his own book with Anomalos.
And here's I find something interesting. In this interview, reproduced on Anomalos's website, Horn says (my emphasis), "In the mid-1990's I decided to do something I had put off for many years.
I fell for their slick talking sales pitch by Tom Horn and $7,000 and 2 years later I've received a whopping $120 in royalties. They never did what they said they were going to do. Just took my money and ran. Stay away from Tom Horn and Anomalos Publishing and Defender Publishing (one and the same).
