Graves' office, however, has taken the unusual step of stating that certain county officials were not being investigated.
A spokesman for Graves declined Wednesday to say if the investigation is continuing or whether other indictments would be sought.

In my time (Todd's) spent with Moe, he often complained that the Natural Golf grips were too large for his hands. Pictures of Moe throughout his career show that he played with standard sized grips fit to his hand size.
These programs, personally led by Todd and Tim Graves, offer each student a full immersion into Moe's swing mechanics and specific fundamentals, in addition to being a great golf experience in and of themselves.
Todd Graves
Todd started his pro golf career in 1991. He played on the Asian Tour, Canadian PGA Tour and U.S. Tours. He coached the National Championship Golf Team at the University of Oklahoma winning the title in 1989.
Todd Graves was an employee of Natural Golf for many years. He was also a personal friend and student of Moe Norman for 11 years when Moe taught him the Single Plane Golf Swing. Todd, after playing on the Canadian PGA Tour, was given the nickname "Little Moe" for his swing likeness to that of the Moe.
Golf Digest, Golf For Women, The Golf Channel, Golf Tips Magazine and other magazines and programs have featured Todd on numerous occasions.
Why did Tim and Todd Graves start the Graves Golf Academy?
Todd and Tim opened the Graves Golf Academy in 2000 with the mission to teach Moe Norman's Single Plane Golf Swing and help both recreational and competitive golfers improve their game to the highest levels.
In 2000, Tim and Todd recognized that Natural Golf, at that time, was not fulfilling the instructional needs of thousands of golfers wanting to learn Moe's easier way to play.
As an advocate and instructor of Moe's swing for Natural Golf, Todd felt that the focus on clubs was keeping golfers from learning the truth. The truth is that throughout his life, Moe did not use special clubs and as proven by Todd and thousands of their students, special clubs are NOT needed to swing the club on a Single Plane.
Because of this emphasis on special golf clubs and loss of focus on Moe's swing, Todd and Tim separated from Natural Golf and started the Graves Golf Academy to continue teaching and center their instruction on the true benefits of the Single Plane Golf Swing.
In doing so, Todd made a promise to Moe that he would continue to carry both Moe's personal legacy as well as his legendary simple golf swing so that all golfers in the world could benefit from his incredible genius. In the past 11 years, the Graves Golf Academy has been honored to help tens of thousands of golfers play better golf with Moe Norman's golf swing.
What is the difference between The Graves instruction and Natural Golf?
The basic difference between Graves Golf and Natural Golf Instruction is that Todd and Tim Graves have "decoded" Moe Norman's golf swing and teach students around the world exactly how and why Moe's swing simplifies golf and how Norman became the world's greatest ball-striker.
In my time (Todd's) spent with Moe, he often complained that the Natural Golf grips were too large for his hands. Pictures of Moe throughout his career show that he played with standard sized grips fit to his hand size.

History of Todd and Natural Golf.Todd Graves is one of the original individuals who "started" Natural Golf (as of today he does not work for Natural Golf).Todd Graves was involved with a large portion of the instructional material that has come out of Natural Golf until about a year ago.Todd Graves wrote the 'Driving for Distance' tape for Natural Golf and helped write the 'Faults & Fixes' video, was one of the few consultants for Natural Golf and authors of the original instructional manuals for Natural Golf, and basically was the one responsible for interpreting what Moe Norman did in his swing for Natural Golf.Todd Graves appeared on Golf Channel Academy Live representing Natural Golf, and appeared in Golf Digest for Natural Golf, in addition Todd Graves was the 'model' in the original 'Lifetime of Better Golf' package for Natural Golf and much more.He was inducted into the Natural Golf Hall of Fame as one of the original five members of Natural Golf and finally bought stock in Natural Golf.Needless to say, Todd has put a lot of his heart and soul into Natural Golf.Todd has taken his experiences from Natural Golf and has branched off, forming the Graves Golf Academy.
