Born in New York City and raised in North Jersey, Todd
teenage years serving in top local restaurants under "old-world" restauranteurs.
Needing to explore the world, he
moved to The Netherlands for a year and worked on a farm.
Upon returning to the US, he apprenticed with the most successful Italian chef/owners in New Jersey and worked for event & catering companies in the Big Apple.
Opportunity knocked in 2004 when the Pure Group in Hong Kong hired Todd as General Manager to open RED Bar + Restaurant in Two ifc, later promoting him to General Manager of Pure Fitness.
eventually looked beyond Pure to co-found Wagyu restaurant in 2006 and Wagyu Lounge in 2008.
Year 2009 saw Todd
dream of a personal management company with Co-Founder.
And Commune Limited
was born - a platform for an integrated hospitality company, embodying the values they share about people, community, and the industry.
Todd will oversee restaurant development and operations for Commune Limited, specifically the company's first flagship restaurant Posto Pubblico.
