Upon returning to the US, he apprenticed with the most successful Italian chef/owners in New Jersey and worked for event & catering companies in the Big Apple. Opportunity knocked in 2004 when the Pure Group in Hong Kong hired Todd as General Manager to open RED Bar + Restaurant in Two ifc, later promoting him to General Manager of Pure Fitness. Todd eventually looked beyond Pure to co-found Wagyu restaurant in 2006 and Wagyu Lounge in 2008. Year 2009 saw Todd realizing his dream of a personal management company with Co-Founder. And Commune Limited was born - a platform for an integrated hospitality company, embodying the values they share about people, community, and the industry.
