Toby Wilson - Senior Associate PastorToby Wilson, the Senior Associate Pastor of Adult Ministry and Mission, arrived in March 1999.He
believes that a Purpose
driven church flows into a purpose driven life.Therefore, the entire way of doing church seeks to bring glory to God in Christ, through the power of the Holy Spirit to become people of purpose who are intentionally alive to God's purposes on earth.This new life of worship overflows into a life-style that is committed to being a unique and peculiar missional people who are a preview of heaven, being transformed into die-sciples, ministering to each other and to the world. As Senior Associate Pastor, Toby is committed to aligning the church infrastructure, people, the surrounding community and the world with these purposes for a church and a life.Toby graduated from Bethel College in St. Paul, Minnesota.He completed his Master's of Divinity from Trinity International University in Deerfield, Illinois.Toby is currently completing his Doctor of Ministry from Fuller theological Seminary in Pasadena, California.
The title of his
dissertation is, "Will the future include the mainline church?"Toby has served as chaplain for the Minnesota Twins and the Seattle Mariners.Toby has also taught at Daystar University in Nairobi, Kenya.Toby
is also part of a ministry called Wonbyone
has been in existence for two years, is not for profit, connecting Users to children in Honduras and Africa who need scholarships for nutrition, education and basic health care.Toby
is married to Dawn and they have three daughters, Jessica, Katelyn, and Madeline.
