A regular meeting of the Rochester School Committee was called to order by Chairperson Tina Rood on Tuesday, May 31 at 6:30 pm in the Rochester Town Hall.
In her report, Chairperson Rood acknowledged three teachers retiring from RMS: Paula Meere, Robin Correia and Jean Catelli. Ms. Rood thanked the teachers for their "years of touching so many Rochester families. Ms. Rood also thanked the residents of Rochester for approving the Fiscal Year 2012 school budget.

"I still feel like school on Good Friday is OK," Rood said.
