Eric and Tina Lee are the proud parents of Kodi Lee, a blind (caused by Optic Nerve Hypoplasia) and autistic musical prodigious savant.
Mr. and Mrs. Lee continue to fight for the unique needs of their son and strive to implement and share invaluable tools and resources on how to be true advocates for their children. Autism has impaired the communication skills of their child, but what they discovered is Kodi's voice comes from his heart and soul - thru his voice of music and song. Due to the amazing success and impact of musical expression, music performance and music therapy on their son, they set out to share the power of music to the masses - so that it may hopefully impact their lives in a positive manner. Bringing music into the lives of those less fortunate always brings a glimmer to the eye, a bright smile, laughter of joy and a warming of the heart - which helps give all of us faith in hope. Tina Lee (tinalee@kodileefoundation.com) President and Co-founder of the Kodi Lee Foundation. A dedicated and hard-working mother of three children. Homeschooling mother of her blind and autistic ten year old son, advocate on a mission to help bring music, resources and the necessary tools for other parents to succeed with their special children. Also a very strong advocate fighting together with his wife, Tina Lee for the rights of their children. Mr. Lee has also dedicated himself to the instruction and proliferation of the ways of the martial arts. Founder of the comprehensive combat system of Mushin Kwan, he believes in the power of physical movement and the development of the mind thru mental concentration, focus and self-discipline.
