Tim is presently serving on the Board of the Association for Advanced Life Underwriting (AALU), and is responsible at this time for AALU's membership initiatives.

is actively involved with Philadelphia Futures, a program for Philadelphia's public high school students to help them work toward, gain admission to, and have success in college.

Tim received a BA in Physics from Swarthmore College.
lives in Wallingford, Pennsylvania, with his
wife Stephanie and three young children, Abby, Jake, and Zane, and they are frequent visitors to Maryland's Eastern Shore.
Michael C. DeFillipo has been part of JKJ Financial Services and the insurance industry since early 2004, joining Tim Malarkey's team with an internship that turned into a full time position after graduating from Swarthmore College that same year.
