With a background in Windows, networking, web, and messaging systems, Timothy
has leveraged his
knowledge and experience in these areas to improve upon and get the most out of SharePoint in every environment he
has had the privilege to work in.
Starting with Windows NT administration and management, Timothy
expanded into messaging with Exchange Server and web content with Internet Information Server and FrontPage.
Timothy leveraged his Exchange administration and architecture skills and applied them to Windows 2000 â€" 2008 Active Directory before working in network management and security with Systems Management Server and also became an Enterprise Desktop Support Technician to better manage the client aspect of networking as well.
When SharePoint Portal Server 2001 became available, Timothy
moved into the SharePoint space and used his
knowledge of design, architecture, implementation and deployment, administration, and troubleshooting from various other layers of the Microsoft platform to build and form useful solutions and effective infrastructures for many organizations across a variety of industries, and continues to apply his
enthusiasm and knowledge of the platform to help organizations get the most of SharePoint technologies.
has also been involved with training in almost every aspect of SharePoint 2013 for some time, and has endeavored to share his
understanding and expertise with the SharePoint community and beyond through his
blog writings, working with third-party vendors in the SharePoint ecosystem and through speaking events and other venues.
