Will Focus on Expanding Agency's Presence and Reach in this Critical Market October 04, 2004, New York — Edelman, the world's largest independent public relations firm, today announced that Tim Scerba has returned to the firm in the newly created position of President and CEO, Mexico. Scerba most recently was Managing Director of Edelman's Latin America regional office in Miami, Florida, where he played a key role in establishing and growing that office before leaving this position to relocate to Mexico City earlier this year. In his new role, Scerba will be working closely with Miguel Rico, Mexico City general manager, and the rest of the Edelman Mexico team in expanding both Edelman's product offering as well as geographic presence in the Mexican market. Scerba also will be providing strategic input and tactical support in further establishing Edelman as a key player in the Central America, Caribbean and northern tier Latin America markets.
