realized that regardless of the economy, people would have to eat, and so there would always be jobs in the industry for hard working people.He moved from the retail to the wholesale side of the business in 1978, beginning with Birrell Bottling Co. in Provo, a Pepsi Cola franchise.He
moved to Salina, Utah, managing the Pepsi
Sales Center there for ten years, and spent time managing soft drink distribution centers in Pocatello, Idaho and Provo, Utah before moving to Ogden as general manager of the Pepsi franchise which covers the Ogden/Logan areas, and parts of southern Idaho. Tim graduated from Fruitland High School in the small town of Fruitland, Idaho, and attended Brigham Young University from 1972 until 1977. Tim currently serves as the Chairman of the Utah Soft Drink Industry Association, and now as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Utah Manufacturer's Association.He has been active as an advisor in the Boy Scouts of America and the Young Men's Association of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.He has served in various church leadership positions. has really enjoyed his
years of service in the food and beverage industry, especially the great friendships that have been built over the years with many retailers from one end of the state to the other, and with the other suppliers to the grocery industry.
