.Holmes began his career with LEYE at Bub City as a second manager and was quickly recognized for his competence and managerial skills
.After almost a year with Bub City , Holmes left to become the new Manager at Everest.Here , Holmes
gained the knowledge of cuisine and style that would later play a key role in his
future successes as a member of the LEYE team.In the spring of 1995 , after briefly serving as the General Manager of P.J. Clarke's , Holmes began to work solely on preparations for the September 1995 opening of Brasserie Jo , an award-winning French Brasserie created by the internationally renowned Chef Jean Joho
.Under Holmes' direction , Brasserie Jo received top culinary honors when it took home the James Beard Award for food and service during its first year of operation.
Most recently , Holmes
