Tim is a Partner at Wilton & Bain with deep expertise across the Media and Marketing industry.
Formerly he was a Partner with Augmentum Consulting and Global Head of the Consumer and Media Practice at Whitehead Mann LLP.
He also led the Chief Marketing Officers Centre of Excellence across all sectors.
Tim also spent four years as a Partner in the London office of Heidrick & Struggles International, working within the media and consumer sectors.
has over 15 years' experience in media executive search.
Prior to embarking on the move, Tim spent five years as Global Sales and Marketing Director for an international fragrance manufacturer but also worked in electronics and FMCG.
Most recently, Tim
has worked with media clients in broadcast, publishing, music, digital, agencies and consumer electronics / FMCG and other.
has recruited in most functions including CEO, CIO, CFO and CMO.
As a partner Tim has also lead assessment, succession planning and team reviews for clients.
