TF Absolutely, so what we did, Tim, is we looked at revenue performance of companies that have been certified as Freedom-Centered Workplaces, and this is a very rigorous certification process that WorldBlu has developed and we've been doing for ten years now, so we looked at companies that were certified Freedom-Centered Workplaces, compared with the S&P 500, and we looked at revenue growth from 2010 to 2013.
And then the third attribute of a Freedom-Centered Leader is a term that I actually learned when I was in South Africa, Tim
, years ago, and it's called ubuntu [? 00:07:33], and my understanding of ubuntu is because we are all one and because we're all connected, I can only be my best when you're at your best, and you can only be at your best when I'm at my best.
And as I was thinking about Shawn Achor and this concept of self-worth, it occurred to me that my self-worth could in fact just be a choice, that I could… I could choose to wake up every single day and just say, Tim
, my self-worth is a nine or a ten, it's a ten out of ten today, and how am I going to design my day differently so that it is in line with a ten-out-of-ten self-worth?
