Tim is a seasoned sales and marketing executive with some 30 years of experience.
15 years with international homebuilder Barratt, he
was responsible for all sales and marketing activities in England and then in California.
strategic and creative skills helped make Barratt's acquisitions and mergers highly profitable while also garnering more than 100 awards.
was personally named California's Marketing Director of the Year by the Building Industry Association
created Hamilton Consulting in 1990 where he
assisted major public and private home builders with every aspect of product design, sales and marketing.
He guided one of his clients, Capital Pacific Homes, with the acquisition of the J.M.Peters Company and later joined CPH after successfully selling his consulting practice.
ten years there he
added land acquisition to his
repertoire and acquired over $250 million dollars of land, including the site for the St. Regis Hotel
in Dana Point, California.
Since 2002, Tim
has successfully acquired, entitled and sold residential and commercial land for his
own company in both California and Mexico.
