Reverend Thomas M. Dragga, D.Min., president-rector of Borromeo Seminary in Cleveland, Ohio, has been named Director of Education and Human Formation at Saint Luke Institute, effective July 1, 2013.

About Fr. Dragga
Father Tom Dragga is a priest of the Diocese of Cleveland.
He joins Saint Luke Institute on July 1, 2013 as Director of Education and Human Formation following 17 years as President-Rector of Borromeo Seminary in Cleveland.
A native of Maple Heights, Ohio, he graduated from Borromeo Seminary, the college seminary for the Diocese of Cleveland, in 1979.
After theological studies at St. Mary Seminary
was ordained a priest in 1983 and began his
work in parish ministry.
In 1988, while serving in a parish, he was named associate director of the Field Education Department of St. Mary Seminary.
In 1993 he received his doctorate from United Theological Seminary in Dayton, Ohio and joined the Pastoral Theology Department of St. Mary Seminary and Graduate School of Theology.
After becoming rector in 1996, he continued to serve as a professor of pastoral theology and homiletics at St. Mary Seminary and Graduate School of Theology and as an adjunct faculty member of John Carroll University.
Fr. Dragga also has served as the Interim Director of the Office of Continuing Education and Formation of Ministers for the Diocese of Cleveland.
