Thomas R. Beveridge Tom joined our firm in April of 2000 after ending a six year career as a workers' compensation defense attorney.He now practices exclusively in the areas of workers' compensation and social security disability law, representing only injured workers and claimants.Following Ross Lloyd's retirement from our firm, Tom assumed management of the new Pottstown office.The following year, he took over management responsibility for our North Wales office also.In 2006, we also opened an office in Exton, which he also manages.In his practice, he handles Pennsylvania Workers' Compensation cases for clients in the Montgomery, Delaware and Chester county areas.Prior to joining our firm, Tom worked for Del Collo and Mazzanti in Paoli, PA, primarily representing insurance companies and self-insured employers in all aspects of workers' compensation law.Toward the end of his career at that firm, Tom began to also represent some injured workers.This exposure to "the other side" led Tom to change directions and join our firm.He is a 1994 graduate of Widener University School of Law and a 1990 graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania.Professionally, he is an active member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and its Workers' Compensation Section and the Montgomery County Bar Association and its Workers' Compensation Section.Tom is admitted to practice before all courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Tom is also an active speaker at seminars on various Workers' Compensation topics throughout Pennsylvania.In conjunction with these engagements, he has authored various articles in the field.When not immersed in work-related topics, he researchs and writes tales of folklore and ghosts.In his spare time, Tom is an avid hunter and fisherman.He also enjoys NASCAR, carpentry, art history and his Harley Davidson.He is a strong supporter of his local community, has been a member of the local Elks Lodge 814 since 1998 and participates in various drives to revitalize Pottstown.

Beveridge, an attorney with Prince Law Offices, P.C., was born and raised in rural Elk County, Pennsylvania, after acquiring his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Pre-Law Studies from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Thereafter, Tom attended Widener University School of Law graduating in 1994. Initially, his legal career consisted of representing employers and insurance carriers in all aspects of Pennsylvania workers' compensation claims. However, in 2000, Tom saw the light and began representing only injured workers and Social Security claimants. Over the past 10 years, Tom has continually expanded his areas of practice to include business and nonprofit law, copyright and trademark protection, music and tattoo law and more recently, all aspects of cannabis-related law.
