Founder, Chairman, and Principal of Begel Industries, a private investment firm specializing in the acquisition and operation of industrial manufacturing companies.
Prior to Begel Industries, Mr. Begel was Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer of The Pullman Company, a diversified manufacturer of industrial and transportation products, until its acquisition in 1988.
He was Senior Vice President of the Engineered Products Group of the Signal Companies, Inc., and Senior Vice President of Wheelabrator-Frye, Inc. from 1981 to 1983.
Mr. Begel is a graduate of the University of Missouri at Columbia.
