CHICAGO - Organizers of Compliance Summit, a series of regional events dedicated to front-end compliance, have announced that attorney and compliance expert Terry O'Loughlin has joined the Midwest event, which will be held April 20-21, 2015, at the DoubleTree Chicago O'Hare in Rosemont, Ill.
O'Loughlin, who serves as director of compliance for Reynolds and Reynolds, has stood at the front lines of front-end compliance issues for the past several decades, including a 16-year tenure with the Florida attorney general's office, where he worked with state and federal regulators to police dealers and auto finance companies.
Since joining the private sector, he has worked with dealers and auto groups to decipher new rules and respond to actions and inquiries related to unfair and deceptive practices, document fraud and false or misleading advertising.
