Reverend Terrence Harper, Sr.
Reverend Terrence Harper Sr. is a graduate of Ball State University and holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Public Relations. At Ball State, he founded the campus organization, Intra Denominational Fellowship, where he served as president. He earned his Masters of Divinity degree (M.Div.) from Oral Roberts University. He has been in the addictions and mental health field for more than 20 years and is a Certified Addictions Specialist (CAS), a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), and a Licensed Clinical Addictions Counselor (LCAC) in the state of Indiana. He is ordained through Victory Fellowship of Ministries, Tulsa, Oklahoma.
For 10 years, Reverend Harper served as a Coordinator for a Chemical Dependency/Dual Partial Hospitalization, Relapse Prevention and Intensive Outpatient Program. In 1998 he founded and served as a pastor for the Family Outreach Center Church. In 2000, Reverend Harper had a weekly radio and television ministry called "Heart to Heart. In 2003, he founded Family Outreach Center Counseling Services, a 501(c) (3) outreach ministry for substance abuse dependence and mental health issues.
In addition to his Pastoral duties, Reverend Harper works for Fathers and Families Center, Indianapolis, where he is the Project and Site Manager, overseeing programs working with men and women in the area of relationship strengthening, financial education, job readiness skills, and GED preparation.
