Teresa Johnston-Arndt, LMSW, Associate Vice-President of Resource Family Services-Foster Care
Teresa is a licensed Social worker who received her Master's Degree in social work from the University of Kansas and an undergraduate degree in Sociology from Emporia State University.
She has been with KidsTLC since May of 1992.
She was hired as a case worker in the foster care program and later worked for adoption services with her emphasis on writing adoptive family assessments for families.
She became the director of Resource Family Services in 2004.
