TED NAGENGAST is uniquely qualified to help leaders accelerate the design and implementation of winning strategies.
During his 19-year career at McDonald's, the largest QSR company in the world, he was a Director in Global IT, Supply Chain Management and Operations. He was a well-known "go to person" for driving critical initiatives chartered by senior management. In this role, he drove change and cost reduction, developed new products and built new system-wide organizational capabilities. He was the McDonald's internal champion for teaching and implementing "Winning in Fast Time" processes and tools, which were used to develop a new business strategy to increase sales in the Western Division of McDonald's, a $4 billion market. The result of the "Winning in Fast Time" initiative was that the Western Division's comp sales quickly increased by 1.5% or $60 million when other divisions at McDonald's saw zero or negative sales growth. The initiative also led to the total revamping of the McDonald's Supply Chain, a five billion dollar system. Prior to joining McDonald's, Ted was an officer for Continental Bank in Chicago, a Fortune 100 company with assets of over $10 billion and international branches in over 20 countries. During his ten-year career at Continental Bank, Ted introduced new technologies, opened and managed international branches and introduced new IT innovations. More
