"Conceptually, nothing has changed," Cansler said."As we did the planning over the last two years, we actually had more space than we originally planned."She added the construction costs increased by several million dollars since the project's inception. "We went to four additional units to cover extra cash flow, so we can reach a break-even point with the budget," she added.
