Talbott Ottinger, Founder and Co-Owner, Otter's Chicken Tenders and Omega Advisors LLC.
Talbott was born and raised in Lafayette, LA, and attended Millsaps College in Jackson, MS, where he graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in May, 1996.
After graduating from Millsaps, Talbott decided to attended law school at the Paul M. Hebert Law Center at Louisiana State University.
While at LSU Law School, Talbott
was active in the Student Bar Association
as well as other organizations on campus.
Upon graduation from LSU's Paul M. Hebert Law Center in May 1999, Talbott began employment with Jones Walker's Baton Rouge office in 1999.
practiced law in the General Business section and specialized in commercial real estate and business transactions.
While at Jones Walker
represented developers, and businesses in transactions in Baton Rouge, throughout the State of Louisiana and on a national scale.
also was able to get involved with several local organizations, including Forum 35, the Hundred Oaks Neighborhood Association and other charitable organizations
In 2002, after three years of practicing at Jones Walker
, Talbott decided to make some changes in his
life, and decided to move to Nashville to pursue several entrepreneurial opportunities.
chose Nashville after looking at several other cities in the Southeast, including Atlanta, GA and Charlotte, NC.
Since moving to Nashville in 2002, Talbott
has helped start two businesses, Otter's Chicken Tenders, LLC
("Otter's") and Omega Advisors LLC
