The counterintelligence protection of the diplomatic network and military attaches on the Tirana-Pristina-Skoplje axis was carried out by Tahir Hajdari, who was an active JNA officer before the war and a member of the Counterintelligence Service (KOS).During the War he carried out security duties in the 1st Glorious Brigade of the Army of Bosnia-Herzegovina, commanded by the late Enver Sehovic, whose death, along with that of the late commander Safet Zajka, remained a wartime mystery. In the second year of the war Fikret Muslimovic, head of the Military Intelligence Service of the Army of Bosnia-Herzegovina, placed his pre-war intelligence colleague Hajdari in the Defense Ministry, where he became head of communications.
