served as Vice President of Business Development at Ziff-Davis Publishing Company, where he
was responsible for acquisitions and alliances, and engineered partnerships with Yahoo! Inc. and MSNBC.As President of the International Equipment Financing group of Manufacturers Hanover Corporation, Thompson
was directly responsible for a network of international financing companies in Europe, Canada, Mexico, South America and Asia Pacific.Prior to assuming those line management responsibilities at Manufacturers Hanover, he
was Vice President of Finance of its worldwide equipment financing group.At EXXON Corporation, he
was section head of the corporate finance division.Mr. Thompson
holds an M.B.A. and a B.S. in Economics from Northwestern University.
