, according to the latest finance reports filed Thursday at City Hall.

Between Jan. 1 and March 17, she
received $1,498 in contributions and, from July 1 to Dec. 31, she
has spent $11,195 and has an ending cash balance of $6,895 with an outstanding debt of $5,763.

received a copy of the letter herself.
'I first learned about it when I received a copy of the sent letter, which was positive and delightful,' Vergis
said in the e-mail. 'I am honored that Marty and Ruth, who are known for their long-time commitment to the community, are supporting me so proactively.'
Candidate Joe Krovoza filed on Friday, while Sydney Vergis
filed on Feb. 16.
Vergis, 27, is a graduate student of transportation, technology and policy at UCD.
She is vice president of the Tree Davis board of directors and a member of the Davis Business and Economic Development Commission.
