LAKE SUCCESS, NY -- Sven Gierlinger has joined the North Shore-LIJ Health System in the newly created position of vice president and chief experience officer.
Mr. Gierlinger's joins North Shore-LIJ from the Henry Ford Health System in Detroit, where he served as vice president of hospitality and service culture.

Previously, he was an administrator of hospitality services for Henry Ford West Bloomfield Hospital, where he was responsible for all aspects of non-clinical operations, the Wellness and Integrative Health Center, retail shops and café, and the customer experience.
