Kolling is a life-long resident of Fillmore County and has served the community as a banker for 41 years. Kolling is a Senior Vice President at Home Federal Savings Bank and a member of the executive team. She has been focused on the economic environment of the area for many years. Additionally, Kolling brings the experience of being a small business owner in Southern Minnesota. She serves on the Board of Directors for Home Federal Savings Bank, HMN Financial, Inc., Osterud Agency Inc., and the Spring Valley Area Community Foundation and donates her time to various nonprofit groups.
"As a life-long resident of Southern Minnesota, I have a vested interest in its future economic growth," Kolling said. "I look forward to contributing to Southern Minnesota Initiative Foundation, and I am especially interested in SMIF's initiatives which include early childhood programs, emerging bioscience, and renewable energy businesses."
