(NASDAQ:ANSR), a leading global marketing and technology consulting firm, Susan
was responsible for developing innovative, technology-enabled marketing solutions and services for global clients.Specifically, she
worked with clients developing strategies to integrate channels, extend brands online, and leverage investments in sales, service, and CRM systems for enhanced value.She served as lead strategist and executive sponsor for key clients including IBM, Procter & Gamble, Gillette, Siemens, AOL and ABN Amro.She left the company in December 2002, when Answerthink exited the marketing space, and founded Goodman&Company.Susan co-founded THINK New Ideas in 1996, a public company which rapidly ascended to become a top-ten global interactive marketing agency.Her
previous consulting practice (The Goodman Group) anchored THINK's strategic services offering, making THINK the first interactive agency to apply direct marketing strategy and consumer research to interactive campaigns.She also managed company-wide business development efforts and launched the CRM/relationship marketing and eBusiness strategy practices.
An author of articles for Ad Age, Digitrends and other leading trade publications, Susan
is a sought after as a speaker on marketing, Internet and technology-enabled business strategy issues in the U.S. and abroad.She serves on the Advisory Board of @d:tech, the Operating Committee of the Direct Marketing Association's (DMA) Marketing and Technology Council, and the Board of Directors of the DMA's Direct Marketing Educational Foundation (DMEF), where she is a member of the Executive Committee and chairs the Strategic Planning committee.She
created a new three day course for the University of Chicago Graham School of General Studies Strategic Direct Marketing Certificate Program, "The New Scope of Direct Marketing," which she
will begin teaching to marketing professionals in 2004. She received her MBA in Marketing, Finance and Strategic Planning from Northwestern University's Kellogg and graduated magna cum laude from Tufts University.She
