In addition to her
dedication to continued real estate education she
offers several years of real estate experience having begun her
real estate career in 1985, she
has closed $11 million in real estate transactions in one year.Her
outstanding efforts assisting buyers and sellers earned her
the #16 spot out of 1,000 agents in her
then shared her
skills with other agents when she
became the manager of a Smythe/Cramer real estate office (one of the largest Independent Brokers in the country.) - now Howard Hannah.Luckily for Asheville, Sue and her husband relocated here+ and she has built the same professional reputation in this area, dedicating herself to her clients needs and providing the high level of knowledge and expertise that every buyer or seller wants and needs in the important purchase or sale of their home.
Having lived here since 1993, Sue
still feels so fortunate to be able to live in this small, cosmopolitan city with its award winning art deco architecture and many diverse cultures.
On a personal level, she
has many interests and hobbies.She
has played classical flute since she
was nine years old.Her
other major childhood activity she
enjoyed on into adulthood was raising and riding Appaloosa horses and she
did team penning and barrel racing.This diverse and talented woman was also a ski instructor.The tempo and the lifestyle of Western North Carolina continues to suit Sue
husband and they love cooking and entertaining; hiking the fabulous mountain trails and Sue also continues her
past times of knitting, needlepoint and playing her
flute.She has one grown son who lives in Asheville and she confesses to having two spoiled dogs (but well behaved!); one Yorkshire terrier puppy and a chocolate standard Poodle.- who is a registered service dog with the Delta Society called Paws with a Purpose.
Everything Sue earns is donated to this very worthy cause.Together they visit nursing homes and hospitals much to everyones delight.Even with her very busy real estate schedule, Sue participates in volunteer activities and is an active member of an international organization called PEO which raises money to help send women to college.
