Talking exclusively to Express Hospitality, Sunil Kapur, chairman, TFS and founder of Blue Foods said, “We recently won the bid for Thiruvanathapuram airport and have also made certain management arrangement in Jaipur.
On the investment front, Kapur
did not mention details, but he
said that it all depends on the type of space.
“Some airports would give 2000 sq ft to divide into seven outlets while some would offer 7,000 - 8,000 sq ft,” he
further informed, “The idea is to spread the name of TFS
across the country as a reliable, hygienic, quick service value provider for food.
