Suki Hoagland, Ph.D., is associate director of Stanford's new Interdisciplinary Graduate Program in Environment and Resources (IPER), and associate director of Stanford's Environmental Initiative.Suki is a lecturer in Anthropological Sciences and IPER, and is a member of the Center for African Studies Faculty.Suki has been working on ecotourism issues since the early 1990's when she created the International Environment and Development Semester at American University, including field seminars to Kenya and Costa Rica.
