, who brings more than 17 years of finance, banking, accounting and capital management experience to Affinity
, will be responsible for managing the company's finance, accounting, administration and human resource functions. ...Prior to joining Affinity, Shelly was senior vice president, western region manager for GE Capital's Merchant Banking Group with offices in San Francisco and Los Angeles.

.He was also a founding member of KPMG's strategic alliance investment bank firm, KPMG BayMark Capital, LLC. Shelly began his banking and finance career at Bank of America in San Francisco, where he worked in the capital markets area.
In 1986, he
became one of the founding members of the bank's Leveraged Finance Group, where he
actively engaged in leveraged buyouts and leveraged financing working in San Francisco, New York and Madrid. Shelly earned both his BS in Accounting and his MBA in Finance and Marketing from the University of Denver.
